Diverse experience in Social Media – from Client Services Director at Social Soup, a leading Social and Influencer Marketing agency in Sydney to leading the Social Team at Carnival Cruise Line in Australia, and in the United States.
Openly – I am not ‘on the tools’ as a social media manager but I have run teams of social creatives, managers, analysts and agency teams. The teams responsible for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Tik Tok. My teams are hands-on working with platforms such as Sprinklr (for community management, analytics) and using tools like Pixly for UGC capture.
I have run campaigns with Influencers and Creators across platforms; from 1,000 person mico-influencer panels, creating word of mouth for a new FMCG product (Arnott’s Shapes biscuits) to using influencers for behavioural change campaigns (Pfizer, Lipitor). I have also created and designed Influencer campaigns for cruise.
